Firstly I would like to say thank you in relation to the Flow 2 stairlift your company fitted for us on the 15th October this year.
Having now used it for over a month I thought it was time to write to you and thank you for the excellent service you provided for the complete package.
Sales: You provided the best product for our needs and clearly explained all details in order for our need and wishes to be met in every way.
Timing: From initial contact to fully finished, the timing was geared to suit our needs.
Fitting: On the day of fitting, your engineer, Sam, arrived as scheduled and it was clear he was going to work methodically and take time in fitting in order to get it right first time. Sam spent most of the day with us and ensured the stairlift was fitted and adjusted to suit our exact needs.
